ballet barre fitness
The ultimate way of building a strong, elongated physique. This technical class allows you to work out hard but is low impact on your joints. Build muscle, create a strong flexible core and a dancers body by using your own body weight and stretch bands. No classical music here, just a great fitness workout using ballet moves. boot camp (evening)
In this boot camp style program you will challenge yourself through drills that will bring all aspects of your fitness level up a notch. This course is limited in participants to focus on small group training. Each week will include cardio (running, stairs), strength, endurance, core conditioning and flexibility as you progress from week to week. Expect to work hard. The pay off? Results!

Tabata is a high - intensity training regimen that produces remarkable results. The workout consists of working hard for 20 seconds, followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated 8 times for a total of four minutes. No worries – we’ll motivate you to do your best! The biggest winner will be the ‘biggest loser’ in this challenging 3 - month program. Like the television program, 2 fitness trainers will help overweight participants transform their bodies and their health. This program will feature 3 group personal training classes a week, unique physical challenges, advice from a dietitian and weekly weigh ins. If you are overweight, have a BMI greater than 35, have no limiting injuries prior to the start date of the program, need motivation and want to be the best you can be – call us. Space is limited. You’re 3 months away from being awesome.

toughen up!
Are you a stay at home mom or dad? Do you work shift work, are you in school or do you have a bit of free time during the day? Make your schedule work to your advantage and get pushed to the limit.
