prenatal pilates Are you expecting and looking to prepare your body and mind for labour? Practicing prenatal Pilates will allow you to stay fit and relaxed during this important time in your life. Learning the principles of centering, concentration, control, precision, breath, and flow will help you during your pregnancy and the birth of your baby. Improve your posture while strengthening your body as it changes: focus on your abdominal, back, and pelvic muscles to assure that your pregnancy and labour are more comfortable, and strengthen your arms and legs to keep you and your baby moving.

The process of birth is not a Hollywood script, it is work made of muscle, mind, sweat, and love. By toning the body, focusing the mind, and challenging the spirit, yoga can help a mother be present for the miracle of birth.
